Prayers and Meditations on the Life of Christ

This is a devotional treatise on the Life of Christ by Thomas à Kempis (c. 1380-1471). Using the same devotional approach of his much-beloved Imitation of Christ, Thomas constructs a detailed treatise, made up of individual devotional and expository readings, in two parts. The first part is a Meditation on the Life of Christ, with special focus on his Passion. The second part is entitled Prayers on the Resurrection, dealing with the both the resurrection and the ascension/exaltation of Jesus.
