Broadus Sermon Bundle -2 volumes

John Albert Broadus (1827-95) was a leading Baptist minister and New Testament scholar during the 19th century in America, evenutally serving as the second President of the Southern Baptist Theology Seminary. Today Broadus is perhaps best known for his New Testament commentaries, but he was also a gifted preacher, and his collection of Sermons and Addresses and his Treatise on the Preparation and Delivery of Sermons were both extremely popular, going through many editions in print. Both of these works are included in this 2-volume package—the 7th edition of the Sermons (1886) and  the 23rd (revised) edition of the highly influential Treatise (1898).
