Hebrews, James and Jude

A commentary on three often neglected books of the New Testament.

Hebrews is a summons to abandon the reigning religious culture of the Hebrews and to serve Christ the Redeemer-King fully and faithfully, without compromise. Today, we are called to abandon the prevailing humanistic statism and its claims and pretensions. James makes clear that faith without works is dead, that we are spiritually dead if our profession of faith is unaccompanied by faith in action. Jude recalls us, like the prophets of the Old Testament, to faithfulness, now to the teachings of the apostles.
