Loaded with complementary resources which help explain the images, Biblesoft’s PCBible Study edition of The Visual Bible Image Archive helps you find topical information about images and stories, as well as get a better understanding of the environment and gain perspective. You can find Bible verses that relate to an image or full encyclopedic articles explaining its historical context. Detailed maps help you understand how a person, place, event, or object relates to the surrounding area.
Interlinking keyword associations bind all the images into a context. You can search on a Biblical word or phrase to find images that meet your needs. You can also begin your search from a Bible verse or verse range to collect images based on the important words in the text. All images have associated keyword lists attached, so a single search can ultimately lead to a rich path of discovery.
