MAC FAQs

As of June 2019, we don't have a Mac program for sale. We have found that the current form of the Mac One Touch, the previous version made available, is not expected to run past Mac Mojave systems and we felt in good conscience to discontinue the program until something else would work on Mac Minis, iMacs, and other Mac computers. 

DO NOT UPGRADE TO MAC OSX CATALINA OR YOUR MAC ONE TOUCH WILL NOT WORK.

• How do I install it?

How do I install it?

When getting your MacStudyBible DMG file, double clicking it will open up a window that instructs you to drag it into the Applications short cut, when it's done validating, it's installed and ready to go!

I get a message saying the application cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

This is because we're still working on the signing process, but the fix is easy, if you Right click (ctrl + click) MacStudyBible.app a menu will pop up, on that menu press "open" a similar message will popup as last time, but you'll have the option to "open anyway" click that and the program will run.
Also your mac will remember that decision, so next time you can open it normally.

Mac Study Bible appears to hang when opening it.

When first starting up Mac Study bible, it can take anywhere from 1 minute to 4 minutes to start up. It's configuring a lot of initial info.
also take note, that after it loads wait 30 seconds and a window will appear with offers from this store. You can click "yes" and "okay" and the program will close, if you navigate to your applications, you can start
