This page holds answers to commonly asked questions. If you have a question that is not answered here, contact Customer Service or Tech Support.

Do you have direct numbers to your different departments?

Yes. The Customer Service toll free line is 1-866-722-4253 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. PST and the direct line to Technical Support is 1-206-824-8360 Mondays, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m PST. Long-distance charges may apply.

Do you sell any previous versions of your program?

We are currently selling One Touch Series or the One Touch Custom Build Service. This is true for any programs purchased directly through us or through an authorized seller. Please double check to make sure the website you are buying from is one that is an authorized seller by emailing Customer Service directly. If you purchase a copy from an unauthorized seller, we will not register your program. An easy way to check is to see what version of PC Study Bible they are selling. Also, check out the FREE One Touch Light.

What’s the purpose of logging in every time I want to make a purchase or download a program update?

One of the advantages of BIBLESOFT's online store site is the ability to log in and manage your own account information, review your past orders and download or even re-download (with approval) add-on purchases. By maintaining your most current information, you will always remain informed of current updates for your program as well as all that is new and on sale at Biblesoft. Sometimes, you will not be able to receive discounts you otherwise would be entitled to receive unless you are logged in.

How do I log in if I’m an existing customer?

Click "sign-in", located in the top-right corner of the store. On the next page, fill in your login info in the "Already Registered" section.

If you are unable to log in, please email Customer Service or call 1-866-722-4253 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. PST.

How do I create an account if I’m a new customer?

Click "sign-in", located in the top-right corner of the store. On the next page, fill in your login info in the "Create an Account" section.

Where do I find the download link for the product I just purchased?

To find your link, login (if you are not already logged in) and go to your  My Account page by clicking your name in the top-right corner of the store. Click on the  Order History and Details link, find the order that contains your product purchase, and then on the  Download button or the product title to begin your download.

How long before my order ships?

Most orders can take between 1 to 2 weeks before it leaves our offices. After that, you can expect your package to arrive according to the shipping method you chose. Most shipped orders will be sent an email from Stamps.com informing you of your tracking number.

How do I find my Upgrade Options?

Make sure you are logged in, and go to the Upgrades category on the menu. If you need further assistance please email Customer Service or call 1-866-722-4253 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. PST.

How can I tell what program library and the version I’m registered with?

For One Touch Users, simply open your program and the loading screen will tell you the One Touch Series you are using.

If you are using a PC Study Bible Version 5 or earlier program, then you will need to look through your past purchase history or contact Customer Service directly.

What is your procedure for returning products?

Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal.

Will my program work on Win 7/ Win 8/ Win 8.1?

Yes! You can go here for more information

Will my Older Versions of PC Study Bible work on Win 10 and beyond?

Older versions of PC Study Bible including and up to Version 5 will NOT work reliably on Windows 10. Biblesoft has provided customers with older versions of PC Study Bible a substantial discount to move to the newer version series resulting in "upgrade" pricing for an updated standalone OneTouch Series.  Although some customers have been able to get older versions of PC Study Bible to run on Windows 10, Biblesoft does not support the use of the program in an environment for which it was not designed. Customers ultimately arbitrarily lose access to features and reference works even though they may have worked in the past, depending on the state in which Windows 10 is running on their computers and the automatic updates applied by Microsoft of which Biblesoft has no control. Technical support is not available for Version 5 and older programs when installed or attempting to install the older version on a Windows 10 platform. Upgrading to a compatible OneTouch Series is required when running Windows 10 and beyond.

How do I get the Online App?

At this time, we don't have an App that will run on Mobile Devices.

Will my program work with Mac/Ipad/Tablet?

As of June 2019, we don't have a Mac program for sale. We have found that the current form of the Mac One Touch, the previous version made available, is not expected to run past Mac Mojave systems and we felt in good conscience to discontinue the program until something else would work on Mac Minis, iMacs, and other Mac computers.

Where can I report emails saying they are from you?

If you receive a suspicious (sometimes called phishing) correspondence, here are some tips:
If you received correspondence regarding an order you didn't place, it likely wasn't from Biblesoft. Send the email as an attachment to spoof@biblesoft.com.
Don't open any attachments or click any links from suspicious emails.
Biblesoft will never send you an unsolicited email that asks you to provide sensitive personal information like your social security number, tax ID, bank account number, credit card information, ID questions like your mother's maiden name or your password. If you receive a suspicious email, please report it immediately.
